Holiday Season is Near!

Halloween is now past and Thanksgiving is not far away. It's hard to believe the year is nearly over. The city and merchants will be putting up Christmas decorations very soon. We plan to have ours up by the second week of November. Many merchants have announced they will be staying open extended hours in November and December to help with gift shopping. The city has decided to have free metered parking weekdays after 1:00 pm. Christmas shows at Pine Mountain and the Hoe-Down start Nov 10th and 16th respectively.

Come and enjoy an Extraordinary Escape this season at our Eureka Springs B&B.

October is Great in Eureka Springs

October is here and no wonder it's our busiest month! The weather is just perfect -lows in the high 40's and highs in the low 70's and little chance of rain. The leaves will be changing soon, so don't wait too long to make your reservations, we are filling up fast. Don't forget about all the fun things going on too - Corvette Weekend, War Eagle Craft Fair and the Passion Play will have their last performance of the year on October 26th.

We look forward to couples coming during the cooler months to rest, relax and reconnect, snuggle in front of a cozy fireplace and sip hot chocolate. Make some "together time" this year at our Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast.

Fall Colors!

The kids are back in school and everyone's looking forward to cooler weather this fall. Our fall months are really filling up so don't wait too long to make your reservation. We get a lot of questions about when the leaves will change and that's hard to predict so we've added Fall Foliage links on our website's homepage. The Arkansas Dept. of Parks and Tourism has a regular update on foliage status plus there are local pictures from last year that are dated to show how the colors progress over time.

Come to the Mountains!

I'm continually impressed with the climate here in the Ozark Mountains. We attended the New Great Passion Play last night and once the sun went down, it felt like the temperature dropped 20 degrees! It was so pleasant to be outside to experience this wonderful performance that is unique to Eureka Springs. The new music and scenes make it more inspiring than ever.

Eureka Springs will host an Independence Day Parade July 5th. "Red White and You" will be the theme of an Independence Day Parade through downtown Eureka Springs on Saturday afternoon beginning at 2:00. Come do a parade - Eureka style!

Don't miss the Eureka Springs Bluegrass Festival in August. This is one of our most attended festivals and it gets better each year. Enjoy some of the best local and regional Bluegrass Groups, you won't be disappointed.
